摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预对中晚期肺癌患者的影响。方法:将中晚期肺癌患者120例随机分为对照组和护理干预组各60例。对照组患者接受常规放化疗治疗及常规护理干预,护理干预组患者在对照组常规干预的基础上给予综合护理干预,连续治疗2个月,比较2组患者干预前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、疼痛程度、生存质量及干预后并发症发生情况。结果:2组患者干预后在睡眠质量、疼痛程度、生存质量及并发症发生情况等方面均显著改善(P<0.05),护理干预组的改善程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预对改善肺癌患者睡眠质量、缓解身体疼痛、提高生存质量及降低并发症的发生具有良好的效果,能有效提高肺癌患者的生活质量。
Objective:To discuss the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients with lung cancer at advanced stage.Methods:All120patients were randomized into the control group and nursing intervention group.The control group accepted routine treatment of chemoradiotherapy and conventional nursing intervention,and nursing intervention group comprehensive nursing intervention on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted,for two months consecutively,the incidence of the complications after intervening,survival quality,pain degrees and Pittsburgh sleep quality index of the patients were compared before and after the interventionbetween both groups.Results:After intervening,the incidence of the complications,survival quality,pain degrees and sleep quality of both groups had improved significantly(P<0.05),the improvements of nursing intervention group were superior to these of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention shows better effects in improving sleep quality of the patients suffering lung cancer,relieving body pain,raising survival quality and decreasing the incidence of the complication,which could effectively improve quality of life.
