摘要
目的 研究分析综合护理干预对心力衰竭患者临床疗效的影响。方法从2015年2月~2016年2月期间收治的心力衰竭患者中，选取72例患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=36）和观察组（n=36），对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组接受综合护理干预。结果观察组治疗有效率86.11%，高于对照组63.89%（P<0.05）；随访过程中观察组患者复发率8.33%，低于对照组38.89%（P<0.05）。结论在心力衰竭患者治疗的同时实施综合护理干预，有利于提高治疗效果，改善心功能，降低复发率，可在临床推广和应用。
Objective To probe into the influence of clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with heart failure.Methods72cases of patients with heart failure and who accepted treatments in our hospital from February,2015to February,2016were selected as the research object,and were divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=36)according to the random number table method.In the control group were received routine care,while in the observation group were received comprehensive nursing intervention.Result:The effective rate in the observation group was86.11%,which was higher than that in the control group of63.89%(P<0.05);During follow-up,the recurrence rate in the observation group was8.33%,which was lower than that in the control group of38.89%(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with heart failure,which can improve the treatment effect,improve the cardiac function and reduce the recurrence rate,thus it can be promoted and applied in clinical.
