摘要
为控制深部高应力巷道变形严重的问题,根据杨河煤业实际地质条件,建立数值模型分析巷道变形破坏原因,提出耦合支护技术,即首先采用锚杆支护形成承载结构,加固浅部破裂围岩,改善围岩力学性能,提高其残余强度。在此基础上,针对支护承载结构存在的薄弱部位,采用锚索补强支护,形成稳定的支护体系。通过矿压观测结果可知:巷道支护效果良好,围岩变形得到有效控制。
In order to solve the deformation problems of deep high stress coal roadway,based on the actual geological conditions of Yang He Coal,numerical model is established to analyze the reasons for roadway deformation and failure,by means of which,tunnel coupling support technology is put forward,which means to form bearing structure with bolt support first,then reinforce shallow broken surrounding rock,improve the mechanical properties of surrounding rock,and improve its residual strength.On this basis,in view of the weak position of the supporting bearing structure,anchor cable reinforcement bar supporting is adopted to form a stable support system.The mine pressure observation result shows that roadway support effect is good,which effectively controls the deformation of surrounding rock.
