摘要
为研究建筑工人习惯性不安全行为及其影响因素,并探讨因素之间的影响机理,将习惯性不安全行为归纳为安全态度、安全能力、安全心理和安全生理4个因素。利用结构方程模型(SEM)对提出的假设机理模型拟合修正,得到建筑工人习惯性不安全行为的影响因素的路径关系,进而提出建筑工人习惯性不安全行为的预防对策。研究结果表明:安全心理与安全态度、安全生理与安全态度、安全态度与安全能力之间的影响关系最为显著,影响强度均远大于0.7。
In order to study habitual unsafe behaviors of construction workers and their influencing factors and to explore the mechanism of influence among them,the habitual unsafe behaviors can be summarized as safety attitude,safety abilities,safety psychology and safety physiology four factors.The hypothetical mechanism model is fitted and corrected by the structural equation model(SEM),and the path relationships of the factors affecting the habitual unsafe behavior of construction workers are obtained,and the prevention measures are proposed.The results show that:the relationship between safety psychology and safety attitude,safety physiology and safety attitude,safety attitude and safety ability is the most significant,and the impact strength is far greater than0.7.
