摘要
为提高采油厂作业生产的时效性,实现全作业生产过程中数据共享、资源优化匹配和优化调度以及作业效果智能化考核,结合物联网、信息化和智能化等技术,采用B/S架构并利用C#语言开发了一套基于物联网的采油厂智能化高效作业运行系统。该系统利用Oracle 10g版本数据库软件构建数据库管理平台,设计开发相应的数据表结构,采用Dreamweaver、ASP.net实现动态网页的开发与后台数据处理程序的编制。现场应用结果表明,该系统实现了全作业生产过程信息的采集、监控和共享,具有资源的优化配置和调度以及作业效果智能化考核功能,提高了作业生产过程的时效性。
In order to improve the timeliness of the operation and production in oil production plants,realize data sharing,resource optimization matching and optimization scheduling,and intelli-gent evaluation throughout the operation and production process,an oil production plant intelligent and efficient operation system based on internet of things(IOT)is developed through adopting B/S structure and using C#language.The system uses the10g version of the Oracle database software to construct the database management platform,designs and develops the corresponding data table struc-ture,adopts Dreamweaver and ASP.net to realize the development of dynamic web pages and the programming of the background data processing program.The field application results show that the system realizes the collection,monitoring and sharing of information during the whole operation and production process,has the function of resource optimal allocation and scheduling and intelligent evalu-ation of operational effectiveness,and improves the timeliness of operation and production process.
