化学发光法与酶联免疫法应用于乙肝病毒血清学检验中的效果 被引量:22

摘要 目的研究化学发光法与酶联免疫法应用于乙肝病毒血清学检验中的效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月入院就诊的86例疑似乙肝患者,所有患者均于清晨空腹采集静脉血,分离处理血清,分别选用化学发光法与酶联免疫法进行检测,比较两种检测方法的HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg、HBeAb及HBcAb阳性率与灵敏度。结果两种检测方法的HBcAb、HBeAg及HBsAb阳性率无差异(P>0.05);与酶联免疫法对比,化学发光法的HBsAg、HBeAb阳性率更高(P<0.05);酶联免疫法的检测最低浓度为0.5 ng/mL,化学发光法的检测最低浓度为0.1 ng/mL。结论化学发光法与酶联免疫法应用于乙肝病毒血清学检验中,化学发光法的阳性率、灵敏度更高,可进一步提升乙肝确诊率,值得推广运用。 Objective To study the effect of chemiluminescence and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay on HBV serological test.Methods A total of86cases of suspected hepatitis B patients were admitted in our hospital from January2016to January2017were selected.All the patients collected venous blood on the early morning,serum separation to treatment,respectively using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and chemiluminescence detection.The postive rates and sensitivity of HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg、HBeAb and HBcAb were compared between the two methods.Results There was no difference in the positive rates of HBcAb,HBeAg and HBsAb in two detection methods(P>0.05).Compared with the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,the positive detection rate of HBsAg and HBeAb were higher in chemiluminescence(P<0.05).The minimum concentration of the detection method of enzyme-linked immunoassay was0.5ng/mL,and the lowest concentration of chemiluminescence detection was0.1ng/mL.Conclusion In the application of chemiluminescence and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in hepatitis B virus serological test,chemiluminescence has higher sensitive and positive delection rate,and can improve the diagnostic accuracy of hepatitis B,which is worthy of popularization and application.
