摘要
对湖北省436份高粱(Sorghum)种质资源的主要农艺性状进行了调查分析,鉴定和评价了生育期、株高、穗长、穗粒重、穗型、千粒重和粒色等性状,并对部分种质资源进行了抗逆性鉴定和品质鉴定。结果表明,湖北高粱种质资源穗粒重的变异性较大,遗传多样性高,各种质间生育期差异较小,遗传性状相对稳定。在品质方面,湖北高粱种质资源的直链淀粉和单宁含量这2个性状的遗传多样性较丰富,部分高粱的抗逆性较好,是优异的育种资源材料。
In the article,the main characteristics of436sorghum gennplasm in Huber province were investigated and analyzed,and the parts of them were also identified for resistance and quality.The main characters included whole growth period,plant height,panicle length,grain weight per spike,panicle type,1000-grain weight and seed color,etc..The results indicated that the grain weight per spike showed a high variation and great genetic diversity,whole growth period had little differences among the gennplasm s,the genetic character was stable.For the quality,the sorghum gennplasms in Hubei had great genetic diversity on the contents of amylase and tannin.Some sorghum gennplasms were found better stress resistance and could be excellent gennplasm resources.
