摘要
为提升沈阳市森林涵养水源经济价值核算的准确性和合理性,提高人们重视水资源和保护森林资源的意识。研究以沈阳市森林资源清查数据为基础,采用森林蓄水量价格倒算法公式求得森林蓄水量价格,再根据降水截留率与森林林冠?降水量的关系求得森林涵养水源实物量,并利用影子工程法求得涵养水源价值。结论为沈阳市各植被类型的森林涵养水源能力大小排序依次为:阔叶林(524747928.60m^3)>针叶林(121192844.25m^3)>经济林(49794296.66m^3)>针阔混交林(4066061.06m^3);2013年沈阳市森林蓄水量价格为2.40元/m^3,森林涵养水源量为699801130.57m^3,森林涵养水源价值量为33.59亿元。结论:贴合实际的森林蓄水量价格使森林涵养水源价值结果更加客观合理,且丰富了森林涵养水源价值量的评价方法。
In order to improve the accuracy and rationality of economic value accounting of forest water conservation sources in Shenyang and to raise people's awareness of water resources and protection of forest resources,based on the in-ventory data of forest resources in Shenyang city,this article uses the formula of forest water storage price inversion formula to get the price of forest water storage,and then obtains the forest water conservation physical quantity according to the rela-tionship between the rainfall cut-off rate and the forest canopy and precipitation,and uses the shadow engineering method to draw the conservation water source the value.The results showed that the order of forest water conservation capacity for each vegetation type in Shenyang is:broadleaf forest(524747928.60m3)>coniferous forest(121192844.25m3)>e-conomic forest(49794296.66m3)>coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest(4066061.06m3)The price of forest stor-age in Shenyang is2.40yuan/m3,the amount of water conserved in forests is699801130.57m3,and the water conserva-tion value of forests is3.359billion yuan.So we can see that fitting the actual price of forest water storage makes the value of forest water conservation value more objective and reasonable and enriches the evaluation method of forest conservation water value.
