摘要
生态文明发展背景下,立体绿化是城市绿化的重要发展方向,尤其在高密度特大城市中,加强规划指引,促进立体绿化发展具有重要意义。当前城市立体绿化普遍存在规划统筹缺失的问题,城市绿地系统规划作为纲领性规划文件,应加强对立体绿化建设发展的统筹指导,明确其在系统规划中的角色和定位,紧抓发展重点难点,在总体宏观规划层面对其发展做出规划指引。文章结合深圳实践,探讨高密度特大城市的立体绿化建设发展的定位,以及在宏观规划中的工作内容和工作深度;剖析深圳市立体绿化建设发展存在的典型问题。
Ecological civilization is the new trend of China's development.Three-dimensional greening is an important development direction of urban landscape.Especially in high-density megalopolis,it is great significance to strengthen the planning guidelines and promote the development of three-dimensional greening.Currently,lack of overall planning is the major issue of three-dimensional greening development.As a programmatic document,green space system planning should strengthen the guidance for the development of three-dimensional greening,clarify its role and position,grasp the key points,and make planning guidance on the overall planning level.The article is combined with the practice of Shenzhen,and probes into the orientation of three-dimensional green development in high-density megalopolis,as well as the work contents and depth of development guidance in the macro planning.This paper analyzes the typical problems existing in the development of the threedimensional greening in Shenzhen,and puts forward the countermeasures to deal with it.
