摘要
目的:应用频数分析、关联规则分析等数据挖掘技术探讨中药复方治疗膜性肾病的组方配伍规律,为中药复方治疗膜性肾病(MN)的临床循证实践提供参考。方法:以"膜性肾病"为篇名,通过中国知网数据库进行检索,排除西医药物、单味中药处方及中药提取物。提取入选文献的中药复方组方内容,对中药名称进行术语规范化处理,建立中药复方药物构成数据库。应用R软件进行频数分析、关联规则分析,对中药复方进行数据挖掘,对中药复方的药物使用频数、药物配伍规律进行统计量化分析。结果:170首治疗膜性肾病的中药复方中,出现配伍频数较高的中药为黄芪、茯苓、白术、党参、丹参、当归、山药、山茱萸等;出现频数极低且不常用的中药为鬼箭羽、胡芦巴、虎耳草等。关联规则分析共筛选出17条有意义的配伍关联,提示黄芪、茯苓、白术等为配伍核心药物,常与淫羊藿、山茱萸、山药、泽泻等中药配伍。结论:数据挖掘技术提示益气健脾等治疗原则是中药复方治疗膜性肾病的主要组方配伍规律,频数分析、关联规则分析等数据挖掘技术可为中医药临床循证实践提供参考依据。
Objective:To analyze the compatibility regularity of Chinese medicinal compound in treating membranous nephropathy(MN)based on association rules and frequency analysis of data mining technology,so as to provide reference for clinical evidence-based practice of Chinese Medicinal compound in treating MN.Methods:“MN”was taken as the title to be retrieved in CNKI database.Literature excludes those using therapy of western medicine,single Chinese medicinal prescription and Chinese medicine extract.The contents of Chinese medicinal compound prescriptions of selected literature were extracted.The terminology of Chinese medicinal was standardized and the database of Chinese medicinal compound was established.R software was applied to conduct frequency analysis,association rule analysis,data mining for Chinese medicinal,and statistical analysis for the frequency and compatibility regularity of Chinese medicinal compound.Results:Chinese medicinal with higher frequency of application in170formulas are Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Codonopsis pilosula,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Angelica sinensis,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Dogwood,etc.Chinese medicinal with lower frequency and few applications are Winged Euonymus Twig,Fenugreek,Saxifraga stolonifera,etc.Seventeen meaningful compatibility were selected by association rule analysis,which suggested that Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae were the key medicine for compatibility.The key medicine were often used in combination with Rhizoma Dioscoreae,dogwood,etc.Conclusions:Data mining technology suggested that the treatment principle such as reinforcing qi and invigorating spleen is the primarycompatibility regularity for Chinese medicinal compound in treating membranous nephropathy.Frequency analysis,association rule analysis and other data mining techniques can provide a reference bases for evidence-based clinical practice of Chinese medicine.
