摘要
研究了凹凸棒土轻质滤料对阳离子染料亚甲基蓝的静态吸附性能,探讨了粒径大小、pH值、滤料投加量、亚甲基蓝初始浓度和温度对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,降低滤料粒径可以提高吸附能力,碱性环境有利于吸附发生,Langmuir相对于Freundlich具有更好的相关性,理论吸附量可以达到0.912mg·g-1。升温有利于提高滤料的吸附能力,亚甲基蓝在凹凸棒土轻质滤料表面的吸附速率方程符合准二级动力学方程。
The static adsorption properties of palygorskite light filter on cationic dye methylene blue was studied.The effect of particle size,pH,adsorbent mass,dye initial concentration and temperature on adsorption effect was discussed.The results showed that the decrease of clay particle size could increased the adsorption capacity,and the alkaline environment was favorable for adsorption.Compared with Freundlich isotherms,Langmuir was better to represent palygorskite adsorption,and the theoretical adsorption capacity could reach0.912mg/g.Raising of temperature was beneficial to improve the adsorption capacity of the light filter.The kinetic of adsorption of the methylene blue onto the surface of the palygorskite light filter was best described by the pseudo-second order model supporting chemisorption as rate controlling mechanism.
