摘要
东北老工业基地在我国制造业发展中占据着重要地位。随着现代先进制造技术的发展,传统的制造业发展模式开始呈现出一定的弊端,近年来出现了自主创新能力不足和国际竞争力不强等问题。其实,这些弊端并非孤立,日本制造业也曾出现过创新效率下降、传统优势制造业衰退导致竞争力下降的问题。关于日本制造业创新驱动的研究,可以将路径依赖理论与实证模型检验方法相结合,假设两种路径依赖模式,利用2008—2013年日本制造业中级分类下22个子产业的面板数据作为研究对象,并通过广义脉冲的方式对驱动结果进行研究。结果发现,日本制造业的研发投入对技术进步的促进作用相对明显;在相同的研发投入一个标准差的冲击下,市场竞争力比技术进步的表现更直观、更灵敏。其对东北老工业基地振兴的创新驱动发展具有重要的借鉴价值。
Northeast old industry base occupies the important position in the development of China's manufacturing industry and the revitalization of Northeast old industry base also plays the key role for regional economic development.Nevertheless the development of modern advanced manufacturing technology makes the development pattern in traditional manufacturing industry exhibit its disadvantages and problems including insufficient independent innovation capability and lack of competition in the world,etc.keep appearing themselves.In fact the above-mentioned disadvantages are not isolated from each other.The author uses panel data in the22subsidiary industries within the catalogue of Japan's manufacturing industry between2008and2013as the study objects to study the driven result by using pulse method in the broad sense.The result indicates that the investment on research and development in Japan's manufacturing industry plays the obvious role in promoting the technological advancement.Under the circumstance of being influenced by one standard deviation with same research and development investment,the market performance of market competition force is more direct and more sensitive in comparison with technological advancement.The comparative analysis aims to make the active exploration on innovation-driven development for revitalizing Northeast old industry base so as to put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
