不同活化剂制备棉秆活性炭工艺优化及其性能表征 被引量:2

Optimization of preparation of activated carbon from cotton stalk by different activators and its performance characterization

摘要 首先采用棉花秸秆为原料制备出棉秆生物炭,而后分别以磷酸、氢氧化钠和氯化锌为活化剂对生物炭进行活化,采用正交实验方法研究活化剂与生物炭比例、浸渍时间、活化温度和活化时间对活性炭碘吸附值影响,以碘吸附值为参考指标,采用极差分析方法得到各种活化剂制备活性炭的最佳工艺.并采用SEM和FTIR对最优化实验方案下制备的活性炭进行了表征.SEM结果表明:三种活化剂制备的活性炭管状结构均已被破坏,在碎裂的管壁上可看到更小的孔结构存在,这使得活性炭的比表面积进一步增大.FTIR结果表明:以磷酸和氯化锌为活化剂制备的活性炭FTIR图谱强度相差不大,而以氢氧化钠为活化剂制备的活性炭FTIR图谱强度却大大减弱. Biochar were firstly prepared based on cotton stalk,and then biochar were respectively activated using sodium hydroxide,phosphoric acid and zinc chloride.The effects of activation agent and biological carbon ratio,soaking time,activation temperature and activation time on iodine adsorption value of activated carbon were studied by orthogonal test.Using iodine adsorption value as the reference index,the optimal experimental scheme were obtained by range analysis method.SEM and FTIR were used to characterize the activated carbon prepared under the optimized experimental scheme.The results of SEM showed that most of the pore structure of the prepared activated carbon were destroyed,and the smaller holes were distributed on the hole wall.The tubular structure of activated carbon prepared by three kinds of activators all has been destroyed,and the smaller pore structure can be seen on the broken pipe wall,which makes the specific surface area of activated carbon increase further.The results of FTIR showed that the FTIR spectra intensity of activated carbon prepared by using phosphoric acid and zinc chloride as activating agent was not significant,while the FTIR spectra intensity of activated carbon prepared by sodium hydroxide as activator was greatly weakened.
