基于SPMT的大件运输作业配车方案探讨 被引量:12

摘要 SPMT具有承载能力强、操作方便和运输方式灵活等特点,在大件运输作业中应用日趋广泛。配车方案的制定基于对SPMT运输原理和操作方式的深入理解,随着作业对象多样化,配车方案的复杂程度也在增加。文中对SPMT设备进行了介绍,并对配车方案的关键内容进行了分解,分析了不同运输对象的结构特点,并基于SPMT设备特点和运输原理对作业对象进行了典型性分类,在此基础上给出相应配车方案的指导意见,服务于大型结构物的运输,尤其是装船作业。 SPMT with the advantages of great carrying capacity,convenient operation and flexible transportation is widely used in heavy-cargo transportation.Car distribution scheme is determined based on the deep understanding of SPMT transportation principle and operating mode,and is increasingly complicated with the diversification of targeting objects.The paper introduces SPMT equipment,decomposes key contents of car distribution scheme,and analyzes structural characteristics of different transport objects.In addition,transport objects are typically classified in accordance with the characteristics of SPMT equipment and its transportation principle,and on this basis,the paper gives suggestions on corresponding car distribution schemes to facilitate the transportation of large structures,especially shiploading operation.
