摘要
采用基于PLC控制的机械电气配合,研制一种能符合标准GB4706.52-2008耐久性检测要求的电炉灶工作寿命智能检测装置。该装置利用PLC程序控制和机械夹具配合,完成对被测物的耐久性检测和被测物表面热应力的测试。
Based on the mechanical and electrical coordination based on PLC control,an intelligent testing device for working life of electric stove that can meet the requirements of durability test of GB4706.52-2008is developed.The device uses PLC program control and mechanical fixtures to complete the durability of the measured object and the tested object surface thermal stress test.
