摘要
目的探讨鼻上颌骨区缺损游离组织瓣修复术的护理方法,总结护理经验。方法回顾分析32例鼻上颌骨区缺损游离组织瓣修复术患者护理经过,主要含术前心理护理、供皮区皮肤准备、手术区及口腔护理和术后生命征监测、体位护理、皮瓣护理、健康指导等。结果 32例患者中,32例手术顺利,31修复术成功,31例术后恢复良好,情绪稳定,未发生出血、感染等护理并发症,1例糖尿病患者出院后未能按医嘱糖尿病饮食,切合愈合延迟,出现感染并导致皮瓣坏死,经2期手术后,恢复良好,整体手术成功率达96.9%。结论良好的鼻上颌骨区缺损游离组织瓣修复术的围手术期护理,尤其是受区皮瓣护理,是患者病情治疗及恢复的重要保证,具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the nursing methods of free flap repair of maxillary region defect and summarize nursing experience.Methods Through the retrospective analysis of32cases of nasal maxillary defect free flap reconstruction in patients with nursing,mainly including preoperative psychological nursing,skin for skin area preparation,operation area and oral care and postoperative vital signs monitoring,posture nursing,skin nursing,health guidance.Results32patients,32patients underwent the operation successfully,the success of31repair,31cases recovered well after operation,emotional stability,without bleeding,infection and other complications,1cases of diabetic patients after discharge as the doctor failed to meet the diabetic diet,delayed healing,infection and cause skin flap necrosis after2stage surgery overall,a good recovery,the success rate of operation was96.9%.Conclusion The perioperative nursing of the free maxillary bone defect and free flap repair,especially the flap of the recipient area,is an important guarantee for the patient's treatment and recovery,and it is of great significance.
