直线进给轴热变形测试研究

摘要 以高速直线电机驱动进给轴为研究对象,分析了直线进给轴热误差的主要来源。搭建进给轴热变形测试系统,采用温度传感器与激光干涉仪测量进给轴温升及热变形,根据测量结果讨论直接进给轴温度变化情况,探讨进给轴热变形规律,分析影响轴向热误差的因素。结果表明:直线电机初级线圈电流热损耗是最主要的热源。为直线进给轴优化设计提供实验支持和参考。 The main source of thermal error of linear feed shaft is analyzed by using high speed linear motor driven feed shaft.Temperature and heat distortion of the feed shaft were measured by temperature sensor and laser interferometer.Temperaturechange of the feed axis was discussed according to measurement results,and thermal deformation of the feed shaft was discussed.Factors of thermal error were analyzed.The results show that linear motor primary coil current heat loss is the most important heatsource.This study provides experimental support and reference for the optimization design of linear feed axis.
