摘要
目的检测分析系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的变化。方法选取我院2016年12月—2017年5月收治的系统性红斑狼疮患者70例为观察组,选取同期我院健康体检者70例为对照组。采用流式细胞术检测两组受检者外周血中CD3^-CD16^+CD56^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、CD4^+、CD3^+、CD19^+和CD8^+淋巴细胞。结果对照组CD3^-CD16^+CD56^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、CD4^+、CD3^+明显高于观察组,CD19^+和CD8^+明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外周血淋巴细胞亚群在系统性红斑狼疮的发病中发挥着重大的作用,利于为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。
Objective To analyze the changes of lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods A total of70patients with systemic lupus erythematosus treated in our hospital from December2016to May2017were selected as observation group,and70cases of healthy subjects in our hospital were selected as control group.CD3-CD16+CD56+,CD4+/CD8+,CD4+、CD3+,CD19+,CD8+lymphocytes were detected in peripheral blood of two groups of patients by flow cytometry.Results The CD3-CD16+CD56+,CD4+/CD8+,CD4+,CD3+in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group,CD19+and CD8+were significantly lower than those in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets play a major role in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus,which will provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.
