摘要
目的:探讨盐酸左西替利嗪口服液联合防风通圣颗粒治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的疗效和安全性。方法:收治慢性特发性荨麻疹患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,治疗组给予盐酸左西替利嗪口服液联合防风通圣颗粒治疗;对照组给予盐酸左西替利嗪口服液治疗。结果:两组治疗后积分均明显下降,与本组治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后4周,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸左西替利嗪口服液联合防风通圣颗粒治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹疗效佳、安全性高,不良反应与单用盐酸左西替利嗪口服液相似。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of levocetirizine hydrochloride oral liquid combined with Fang FengTong Sheng granules in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria.Methods:80patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria wereselected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with40cases in each group.The treatmentgroup was given the levocetirizine hydrochloride oral liquid combined with Fang Feng Tong Sheng granules treatment;the controlgroup was given the levocetirizine hydrochloride oral liquid treatment.Results:Two groups of points were significantly decreasedafter treatment,and the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05);4weeks after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference ofincidence of adverse reactions between groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatmentgroup was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levocetirizinehydrochloride oral liquid combined with Fang Feng Tong Sheng granules in treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria is good,and ithas high safety.The adverse reactions is similar to the single levocetirizine hydrochloride oral solution treatment.
