摘要
目的:探讨不同年龄段急性阑尾炎诊断中的超声影像学表现。方法:收治不同年龄段急性阑尾炎患者60例,分为小儿组、成人组和老年组。所有患者均采用超声影像学检查,分析检查结果。结果:小儿组超声诊断准确率90.00%,成人组94.12%,老人组93.38%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对不同年龄段不同病理分型急性阑尾炎的诊断效果理想,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对不同年龄段急性阑尾炎患者实施超声影像检查,临床诊断准确率较高。
Objective:To explore the ultrasonographic findings in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in different ages.Methods:60patients with acute appendicitis in different ages were selected.They were divided into the pediatric group,the adult group and theelderly group.All patients underwent ultrasonography,and we analyzed the results.Results:In the pediatric group,the accuracy ofultrasound diagnosis was90.00%,the adult group was94.12%,the elderly group was93.38%,and the difference among the threegroups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The diagnostic effect of acute appendicitis of different age groups and differentpathological types was ideal,and the difference among groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinicaldiagnostic accuracy of acute appendicitis in different age groups by ultrasonography was higher.
