摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:收治湿热瘀结型盆腔炎患者150例,随机分两组。治疗组70例行综合治疗(抗炎+中药口服治疗5 d,后行侧穹隆注射+中药灌肠治疗10 d);对照组80例予单纯抗炎5 d。比较两组治疗前后综合疗效、中医证候及局部体征积分、盆腔压痛积分及盆腔积液积分的变化情况。结果:治疗组在综合疗效、改善中医证候及局部、盆腔压痛方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组比较,盆腔积液改变情况无差别。结论:采用先抗炎+中药口服治疗,后侧穹隆注射+中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病效果明显。
Objective:To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of pelvicinflammatory disease with damp heat stasis.Methods:150patients with pelvic inflammatory disease with damp heat stasis wereselected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The treatment group with70cases received comprehensivetreatment(anti inflammation+Chinese medicine oral treatment for5d,after the side fornix injection+Chinese medicine enematreatment10d).80cases in the control group were treated with pure anti-inflammatory for5d.The comprehensive effects of twogroups before and after treatment,TCM syndromes and local signs,pelvic tenderness score and pelvic fluid integral were compared.Results:The treatment group was better than the control group in the comprehensive effect,the improvement of TCM syndromesand the tenderness of the local and pelvic cavity(P<0.05).There was no difference between groups in the change of pelvic effusion.Conclusion:It is effective to treat pelvic inflammatory disease with the combination of anti-inflammatory and oral administration ofChinese medicine,and posterior fornix injection+enema with Chinese medicine.
