摘要
目的研究针对性护理干预对初产妇母乳喂养成功率的影响。方法选取我院2014年1月-2015年1月收治的100例分娩产妇,随机分成观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组产妇采用针对性护理干预,对照组使用常规护理措施。对比两组患者护理后的护理满意度及纯母乳喂养成功率。结果观察组产妇的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇的纯母乳喂养成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论初产产妇进行针对性护理干预后,可以提高产妇护理满意度及纯母乳喂养成功率。
Objective To study the effects of targeted nursing intervention on success rate of breast feedingof primipara.Methods A total of100cases of pregnant women with delivery admitted in our hospital sinceJanuary2014to January2015were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.50cases of patients in observation group were provided with targeted nursing intervention,while control group wasprovided with routine nursing measures.Patients in both groups were compared for nursing satisfaction and successrate of pure breast feeding after nursing.Results The satisfaction of observation group who was provided withtargeted nursing intervention was obviously higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The success rate of breastfeeding in observation group was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After targetednursing intervention for primipara,the nursing satisfaction and success rate of breast feeding can be increased.
