摘要
新信息生态环境下的参考咨询工作应注重资源的整合与揭示,丰富信息服务的内容与层次,强化用户信息行为的数据收集和分析,积极促进服务协作,完善图书馆评估体系,构建起新的与信息生态环境相适应的图书馆参考咨询信息服务体系。
The reference work in the new information ecological environment should focus on the integration and revelation of resources,enrich the content and level of information service,and strengthen the data collection and analysis of the user’s information behavior.The reference work should actively promote the service cooperation,improve the library’s assessment system,and establish the new library reference information service system which adapted to the new information ecology environment.
