摘要
为加强电动手术床的管理、提高使用完好率,同时增强使用者安全和规范操作意识,本文对电动手术床进行故障分析处理的流程再造,并设计、绘制维修流程图。此外,针对管理使用中遇到的问题,我院设置电动手术床质量管理员对其进行科学规范化的管理和维护,并制定了详尽的维护保养计划、培训方案。
Aiming to strengthen the management and equipment availability of electric operating table as well as increase users'awareness of safe and standardized operation,we not only reengineered the troubleshooting process of electric operating table,but also designed and drew a flow chart.In addition,in order to solve the problems encountered in the management and application of equipment,we assigned quality controllers for electric operating table to implement scientific and standard management and maintenance.Besides,the detailed maintenance plans and training scheme were developed.
