摘要
目的为有效改善周围性、中枢性面瘫患者症状,临床探讨电针、温针灸联合用于疾病治疗的有效性。方法以我院2014年1月~2017年1月期间门诊部门收治的86例中枢性、周围性面瘫患者为研究对象,按门诊号单双数将面瘫者分为传统组(药物+电针治疗)、观察组(加用温针灸治疗),组数均为43例,观察治疗后患者面瘫症状改善情况,对疾病治疗效果进行评估,同时检测治疗前后患者免疫学指标(Ig G、Ig M)变化情况,统计患者面瘫治疗时间。结果观察组周围性面瘫、中枢性面瘫治疗率依次为96.4%、85.7%,明显高于传统组82.8%、66.7%,观察组治疗效果好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);入院时指标组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),用药后观察组Ig G、Ig M水平改善效果优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论面瘫患者临床以温针灸、电针联合治疗,症状显著改善,疗效好,可临床推广应用。
Objective To research the efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with warming acupuncture in treatment of patients with peripheral and central facial paralysis for improving symptoms of those patients.Methods86patients with central and peripheral facial paralysis who were admitted to outpatient department of our hospital from January2014to January2017were selected as research objects.They were divided into the traditional group(drug combined wtih electroacupuncture for treatment)and the observation group(adding warming acupuncture at basis of the traditional group for treatment)according to the odd and even number of outpatient numbers,with43patients in each group.Symptom improvement of facial paralysis after treatment were observed and clinical effects were evaluated.In addition,changes of immunological indexes(IgG,IgM)before and after treatment were tested.Curative time of facial paralysis was also recorded.Results Treatment rates of peripheral facial paralysis and central facial paralysis in the observation group was96.4%and85.7%respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the traditional group82.8%and66.7%.Clinical effect of the observation group was better,P<0.05.Difference in indexes on admission between two groups had no significance,P>0.05.After medication,levels of IgG and IgM in the observation group were better than those of the traditional group,P<0.05.Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with warming acupuncture in treatment of patients with peripheral and central facial paralysis has a significant symptom improvement and good clinical effect,which can be of clinical promotion and application.
