摘要
《中华人民共和国公共文化服务保障法》于2016年12月25日公布,于2017年3月1日起施行。保障法对进一步推进我国公共数字文化建设起到了巨大的促进作用。近年来,我国公共数字文化的研究持续升温。回顾近年我国公共数字文化的研究发展脉络,本文从公共数字文化概念解析范围三个基本问题入手,深入挖掘公共数字文化服务体系与社会数字文化治理两大研究视角,总结概括目前我国公共数字文化研究的总体发展,归纳其研究特点,并预测未来研究趋势。
Public cultural service guarantee law of the PRC was ordered on December25,2016,and will be effective on March1,2017.Th e law will play a great role in promoting digital culture.In recent years,the study of public digital culture continues to heat up.Reviewing the research development of public digital culture in China in recent years,this paper started with the three basic problems in the public digital culture:the analysis of the concept,the research range.It dug into two perspectives:public cultural service system and the society governance of digital culture.The overall development of public digital culture studies in China's was summarized and future trends of the research development was predicted.
