摘要
目的:探讨大面积皮肤撕脱伤的临床治疗体会。方法:收治大面积皮肤撕脱伤患者52例,根据损伤程度不同采取不同的治疗策略,观察治疗效果。结果:植皮48例,死亡1例,截肢3例,皮片存活46例,部分存活2例,存活率95.83%(46/48)。结论:大面积皮肤撕脱伤是一种严重而复杂的创伤,治疗上要根据损伤程度不同采取不同手术方式,最大限度恢复患者肢体功能。
Objective:To explore the clinical treatment of large skin avulsion.Methods:52patients with large area skin avulsionwere selected.According to the degree of injury,we adopted different treatment strategies and observed the treatment effect.Results:Skin grafts were performed in48cases;1case died;3cases were amputated;skin graft survived in46cases;2cases were partialsurvival;the survival rate was95.83%(46/48).Conclusion:Large area skin avulsion was a serious and complex trauma.We had toadopt different surgical methods according to different degree of injury,to restore limb function to maximum extent.
