摘要
目的:探讨双微导管血管内介入栓塞在治疗颅内宽颈及不规则形动脉瘤中的应用价值。方法:收治颅内宽颈及不规则形动脉瘤患者27例,均采用双微导管血管内介入栓塞治疗。结果:所有患者均治疗成功。治疗后2年,DSA结果显示动脉瘤瘤腔闭塞效果良好。结论:双微导管血管内介入栓塞在治疗颅内宽颈及不规则形动脉瘤中的应用价值显著。
Objective:To explore the application value of double micro catheter endovascular embolization in the treatment ofintracranial wide necked and irregular aneurysm.Methods:27patients with intracranial wide necked and irregular aneurysm wereselected.They were treated using double micro catheter endovascular embolization.Results:All patients were treated successfully.After2years of treatment,the results of DSA showed that the occlusion effect of aneurysmal cavity was good.Conclusion:Theapplication value of double micro catheter endovascular embolization in the treatment of intracranial wide necked and irregularaneurysm was significant.
