摘要
对稳定性碳同位素的原理作了介绍,进而分析了稳定性同位素分辨率与水分利用效率的关系及近几十年稳定性碳同位素技术在C4植物水分利用效率中的应用,把稳定性碳同位素分辨率等与C4植物水分利用效率之间进行量化分析,同时也分析了稳定性碳同位素分辨率与其他性状指标之间的关系.最后就稳定性碳同位素在C4植物以后研究中的应用进行扩展分析,以期为稳定性碳同位素在C4植物中的研究提供理论依据.
This paper firstly gives a basic introduction to the stable carbon isotope,and then analyzes the stability of carbon isotope technique in recent decades in the C4plant water use efficiency research progress,the stability of carbon isotope discrimination quantitative analysis is performed between water use efficiency and C4plant,and also analyzes the relationship between carbon isotope discrimination and other traits.Finally,extended analysis application of stable carbon isotope in C4plant in the future can provide some theoretical basis for the research of C4plants by using carbon isotope technology.
