摘要
本文以某煤矿为研究案例,简要介绍该煤矿地面排矸系统应用情况,针对问题提出设计改造及相关技术方案,并对改造前后的地面排矸系统进行分析与比较,探讨地面排矸系统设计改造及应用的实际效果。经改造与应用后发现,该煤矿地面排矸系统设计改造使得其排矸能力得到显著增加,并且简化了排矸生产管理,改善了生产环境,减轻了劳动力强度,提升了地面排矸系统的排矸效率,为煤矿创造出良好的经济效益和社会效益。
A coal mine as a case study, this paper introduced the application of coal mine ground platoon lane system, and then put forward the design and relevant technology solutions to solve the problem, and before and after the modification of ground rock system were analyzed and compared, to discuss the actual effect of design and application of the system transformation of gangue ground. The transformation and application showed that the coal gangue ground system transformation made the increased capacity of the gangue, and the gangue production management was simplified, improved the production environment, reduced labor intensity, improved the efficiency of gangue gangue ground system, to create a good social and economic benefits for coal mine.
