摘要
食品行业关系着人们日常生活,随着社会经济的不断发展,我国人民的物质文化生活水平得到了显著提高,而对于食品行业的安全问题越来越重视。本文主要就食品安全问题进行分析,分析我国食品检验检测工作的现状,为如何提高食品检验检测能力提出一些对策,以期能为人们的生活保驾护航,促进食品行业的可持续发展。
The food industry is an important industry in people's daily life,with the continuous development of social economy,our country people's material and cultural life level has been significantly improved,the attention on food safety is increasing.This paper analyzes the food safety problem,firstly analyzes the present status of food inspection test and puts forward some countermeasures on how to improve the food inspection detection in order to ensure the food safety of people,is the escort of people's life,promote the sustainable development of food industry.
