摘要
目的分析和评估Cook宫颈球囊与催产素应用于促宫颈成熟及引产的效果。方法 155例待产孕妇均出现引产指征,且均为单胎头位。根据引产方法不同分为A组(79例)和B组(76例)。A组产妇给予Cook宫颈球囊引产,B组产妇给予催产素引产。对比两组产妇促宫颈成熟效果与分娩情况。结果 A组产妇促宫颈成熟总有效率为97.47%高于B组的88.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组产妇临产时间(10.82±2.21)h短于B组(22.84±3.15)h、总产程(7.25±1.55)h短于B组(10.63±7.24)h,引产成功率为93.67%高于B组的82.89%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与催产素相比,Cook宫颈球囊的促宫颈成熟效果和分娩结局更佳,值得推广。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of Cook cervical balloon and oxytocin applied in promoting cervical mature and induced labor. Methods A total of 155 prepartal women with induced labor indications and single fetal head posture were divide by different induced methods into group A (79 cases ) and group B (76 cases). Group A received Cook cervical balloon for induced labor, and group B received oxytocin for induced labor. Comparison were made on promoting cervical mature effect and delivery conditions in two groups.Results Group A had higher total effective rate of promoting cervical mature as 97.47% than 88.16% in group B, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Group A had shorter parturient time as (10.82±2.21) h than (22.84±3.15) h in group B, shorter total stage of labor as (7.25±1.55) h than (10.63±7.24) h in group B,and higher successful rate of induced labor as 93.67% than 82.89% in group B. Their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with oxytocin, Cook cervical balloon shows better promoting cervical mature effect and delivery outcomes, and it is worth promotion.
