摘要
通过对静压气体润滑雷诺方程分析,采用有限元法离散求解区域,利用三角形插值函数得出气膜压力方程组。基于Matlab编写了方程组数值求解的计算程序,得出轴承气膜压力分布、承载能力和刚度,并分析设计参数对轴承性能的影响。
With the analysis of aerostatic lubricated Reynolds equation,the solving region is discretized with the finite element method and the gas film pressure equations are obtained by the triangle interpolation function.A program based on Matlab is designed to solve the equations to gets the gas film pressure distribution the load capacity,stiffness,and according this the influence of structural parameters on the aerostatic bearings properties is analyzed.
