摘要
目的解决传统医院APP在支付环节无法进行实时医保结算的问题,提高APP使用率,方便群众就医。方法为实现医保脱卡支付APP的功能,在院内原有服务器资源基础上,增加APP应用服务器、医保结算服务器、系统平台服务器。同时汇聚了医院、社保、银行三方面技术优势,在结算方面与社保对接,并引入银行成熟的身份认证机制,充分保障交易的实时性、准确性、安全性。结果医保结算服务器通过社保专线与社保中心进行支付交易;系统平台服务器通过银行专线与银行进行身份信息认证。患者办理绑定手续后,可以直接通过手机APP进行支付,完成医保报销结算,减少了排队时间。结论移动互联网技术的引入,为传统就医流程和医院管理方式的优化带来新的启示,具有广阔的前景。
Objective To solve such problem, that traditional application (APP) could not make medical insurance settlement real-time in the process of payment, so as to improve the utilization rate of APP and take convenience for patients. Methods In order to realize the APP function of contactless medical insurance payment, APP application server, medical insurance settlement server and system platformserver were added on the basis of original nosocomial server resource. Mean while, through making useof technology advantages of hospital, social security center and banks, the APP was designed to accessto social security center for settlement and identity payers by means of bank’s mature authenticationmechanism, which could ensure the transactions real-time, accurate and safely. Results Medicalinsurance settlement server was developed to trade with social security center via a special line forsocial security. And system platform server was designed to conduct identification by special bankline. After the patients completed the binding procedure, they could pay by medical insurance directly through the mobile phone APP and complete the medical insurance reimbursement, which could help the patients save time in queues. Conclusion The introduction of mobile internet technology brought new enlightenments for optimizing traditional process of medical treatment as well as hospital management method, having broad prospects.
