摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路径在白内障手术患者优质护理中的干预效果。方法:收治白内障手术治疗患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组实施优质护理临床护理路径,比较两组患者的临床干预效果及护理满意度。结果:观察组的视力恢复情况明显优于对照组,且患者对疾病的认知态度、疾病相关知识掌握程度及遵医行为均明显优于对照组,同时护理满意度远远高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在白内障手术患者优质护理过程中应用临床护理路径能够帮助患者不断改善其视力水平,增加其对疾病的认识,有助于护理工作的顺利开展及护理满意度的提高。
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of clinical nursing pathway in high quality nursing of patients with cataract surgery.Methods:80 patients with cataract surgery treatment were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention.The observation group was given high quality nursing clinical nursing pathway.The clinical intervention effects and nursing satisfactions of two groups were compared.Results:The visual acuity recovery situation of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and thecognition attitude of disease,disease related knowledge master degree and compliance behavior were significantly better than thoseof the control group,and nursing satisfaction was much higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process ofhigh quality nursing in patients with cataract surgery,the application of clinical nursing pathway can help patients to improve their visual acuity,increase their cognition of disease,contribute to the smooth development of nursing work and improve the nursing satisfaction.
