不同柑橘品种及保健品中辛弗林含量的比较 被引量:7

Comparison on the Content of Synephrine in Different Varieties of Citrus and Dietary Supplements

摘要 以温州蜜柑、椪柑等多个柑橘品种幼果(皮渣)及市售减肥保健品为供试样品,通过反相高效液相色谱(HPLC)建立了辛弗林的色谱测定方法,探讨了辛弗林含量在不同柑橘品种以及不同发育时期的变化特点。结果表明:柑橘幼果中的辛弗林含量变化范围为2.034~8.020mg/g,平均含量为4.106mg/g;果皮中为0.994~4.017mg/g,平均含量为2.766mg/g;保健品膳食补充剂中为1.323~40.772mg/g,与标示的含量基本相符;同一采收期的柑橘幼果辛弗林平均含量由高到低依次为温州蜜柑>椪柑>尾张>杂柑>酸橙>脐橙>本地早>朋娜>宫川;随着生长期的延长,柑橘幼果和果皮中辛弗林含量均呈现下降趋势。 This study aims to analyze the changes of synephrine in the different young fruit (peel) and dietary supplements during differentgrowing periods for the utilization of citrus resources. Reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is established fordetermination of synephrine. The results were as follows: The synephrine content in young fruit of citrus ranged from 2.034 to 8.02 mg/g,the average is 4.106 mg/g; and ranged from 0.994-4.017 mg/g in citrus peel, the average of 2.766 mg/g; and ranged from 1.323 to 40.772mg/g in dietary supplements, basically consistent with the actual content marked. The order of average content in different citrus varietiesat the same harvest was Wenzhou Satsuma > Ponkan > Owari > Miscellaneous Citrus> lime > Navel Orange > Bendizao mandarin >Navelina navel > Miyagawa, significant difference among Wenzhou Satsuma, Ponkan, Owari, Navel Orange and Miyagawa. With the fruitsgrowing, the contents of synephrine in young fruit and peel showed a significant downward trend.
