摘要
医疗器械证件管理意义重大,同时也是医疗器械管理上的难点。其管理内容涵盖对医疗器械的分类、证件索取、证件审核认证、效期管理等。现阶段证件管理存在着工作量大、信息孤立、效期管理难、归档不成体系、真伪辨别难等问题。为解决这些问题,我院进行了基于供应链云平台的医疗器械证件管理模式,对传统的工作方式进行优化,采用多级协同管理的工作方式,打通信息壁垒,将证件管理融入医疗器械生命周期的各个环节,成功地解决了以上问题,并为医疗器械证件的区域性资源共享打下了坚实的基础。
The management of medical instrument certificate is of great significance and is the difficultyof medical instrument management. It covers the classification of medical instruments, asking forcertification, certificate audition and authentication, effect phase management, etc. At present, there aremany problems with certificate management, such as heavy workload, isolated information, difficultyof effect phase management, unsystematic filing and difficulty in identifying the authenticity, etc.In order to solve these problems, our hospital carried out a medical instrument certificate managementmode based on cloud platform for supply chain. Through optimizing the traditional working mode, multilevelcoordinated management mode is adopted to break information barriers and integrate certificatemanagement into full life-cycle of medical instrument. The above mentioned problems are solvedsuccessfully and lays solid foundation to the regionally information sharing system of medical instrumentcertificate.
