摘要
HAZOP分析是一种用于辨识设计缺陷、工艺过程危险及操作性问题的结构化分析方法。包括划分节点、解释工艺设计指标、确定偏差有意义的偏差、分析偏差以及分析结果记录等基本过程。本文针对典型压气站,将HAZOP分析技术用于风险评价中,通过分析偏差,查找事故原因及可能造成的后果,在已有安全措施上,提出控制风险的改进措施。本次对压气站的HAZOP安全性分析,识别有效原因82个,共提出详实建议措施22条,可有效降低压气站的危险等级。并针对HAZOP技术现目前的优势与不足,提出未来发展的建议。
HAZOP technology is a structured analysis method to identify design defects,process hazard and operabilityproblems,which involves the delineation of nodes,explanation of the process design specifications,determination of meaningfuldeviation and recording analysis results. HAZOP analysis techniques is used for risk evaluation in terms of typical compressor stations tofind out the causes of the accident and the possible consequences by analyzing the deviation. Moreover,improvement for risk controlis offered on the basis of existing safety measures. The safety analysis of HAZOP for compressor stations has identified 82 valid reasonsand provided 22 suggestions which can effectively reduce the risk level of compressor stations. It offers guidance for future developmentof HAZOP with respect to its cons and pros.
