摘要
目的:观察腰背肌功能锻炼在腰椎小关节滑膜嵌顿治疗中的远期效果。方法:收治腰椎小关节滑膜嵌顿患者86例,随机分为对照组与研究组各43例,对照组予以活血化瘀、针灸、理疗等治疗方式,研究组在对照组基础上联合持续性腰背肌功能锻炼。结果:研究组治疗后VAS评分、综合治疗效果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在腰椎小关节滑膜嵌顿治疗中活血化瘀、针灸、理疗联合持续性腰背肌功能锻炼疗效显著,提升患者腰椎小关节滑膜嵌顿康复效率。
Objective:To observe the forward curative effect of back muscle functional exercise in the treatment of lumbarvertebra small joint synovial incarcerated.Methods:86 patients with lumbar vertebra small joint synovial incarcerated.They wererandomly divided into the control group and the research group with each 43 cases in each.Patients in the control group weretreated with various treatment such as invigorate the circulation of blood,acupuncture and physical therapy etc.Patients in theresearch group were treated with continuous lumbar back muscle function exercise based on the of treatment given in the controlgroup.Results:After the treatment,VAS score and comprehensive treatment effect in the research group were better than in thecontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of lumbar vertebra small joint synovial,invigorate the circulation of blood,acupuncture and physical therapy joint continuous lumbar back muscle function
