摘要
目的:探讨如意金黄散外敷治疗β-七叶皂苷钠所致静脉炎的临床疗效。方法:2015年1月—2015年12月我科收治并接受使用β-七叶皂苷钠治疗时发生静脉炎的患者146例,按时间先后分为两组,对照组64例,实验组82例。对照组患处使用50%硫酸镁湿敷,实验组患处使用如意金黄散(用蜂蜜调成糊状)外敷。两组均进行治疗疗效评估及VAS疼痛评分。结果:对照组与实验组治疗静脉炎总有效率分别为60.9%与90.2%,对照组明显低于实验组(P<0.05)。两组在第1天、第3天、第5天评估静脉炎所致疼痛方面,实验组在第3天、第5天疼痛明显减轻,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:如意金黄散外敷能更有效地治愈血管外科行静滴β-七叶皂苷钠所致的静脉炎,减轻患者痛苦。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of the external application of Ruyi Jinhuang Powder in treating phlebitis causedby sodium β-seven. Methods: 146 patients with phlebitis caused by sodium β-seven, treated in our hospital from January 2015 toDecember 2015, were divided into the control group (64 cases) and the experiment group (82 cases) according to the time order. Thecontrol group received wet compress of 50% magnesium sulphuricum while the experiment group received external application of RuyiJinhuang Powder (tuned into a paste with honey). Evaluation of therapeutic efficacy and VAS pain score of two groups were made. Results:The effective rate of the control group and the experiment group in treating phlebitis was 60.9% and 90.2% respectively, the effective rateof the control group was significantly lower than that of the experiment group (P<0.05). Pain due to phlebitis of two groups on the 1st, 3rdand 5th day were evaluated, the pain of the experiment group relieved significantly on the 3rd and 5th day, the difference of two groups wasof statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The external application of Ruyi Jinhuang Powder had better therapeutic effect in treatingphlebitis caused by sodium β-seven and relieving the patients’ pain.
