摘要
伴随语音业务严重萎缩、数据流量持续暴涨,我国电信业由"语音时代"迈入"DT时代",如何协同语音与流量业务,使语音有效支撑流量发展,是电信运营商亟需解决的问题。本文以"语音免费"、"流量不清零"为切入点,基于中国移动年报数据,探析语音/流量的综合单价、价格弹性等指标的变化趋势,构建语音、流量业务协同模型,为电信运营商流量经营提供建议。
With the severe atrophying of voice service and the continuing to surge of flow service, the telecommunications industry is entering into "DT era" from “voice era”, how to collaborative the voice and fl ow to make the voice effectively support the fl ow development is an urgent problem. Letting the “free speech” and “flow is not cleared” to be the starting points, the paper exported the tendency of integrated unit and price elasticity of the voice and fl ow based on the date from annual report of China Mobile, and set up the business cooperation model between voice and fl ow to provide recommendations for fl ow management.
