摘要
从资源占有、生产规模、资产及结构、资本构成、盈利能力、营销能力、抗风险能力、国际化生产和经营、研究开发能力等方面与国外超大型跨国石油(化工)公司进行比较,对中国石油天然气集团公司、中国石油化工集团公司、中国海洋石油总公司的国际竞争力进行了分析研究。
Compared with foreign gigantic energy companies,the paper studied and a nalyzed the global competitive advantages of China' s three main state -controlled energ y companies(PetroChina,Sinopec and Cnooc)in terms of resources scope,production scale,capital and structure,abilities of profit making,marketing,anti -ris k,globalization,R&D etc.
