摘要
目的 :探讨超声引导经皮经肝胆囊穿刺置管引流治疗急性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法 :2 3例急性胆囊炎患者在B超引导下于右侧第 6 ,第 7肋间或右肋缘下经皮经肝穿刺胆囊后 ,在导丝引导下置入PTCD引流管行胆囊外引流 ,观察其临床表现的变化。结果 :2 3例患者穿刺置管均成功 ,经引流后 1d症状明显减轻 ,引流后 2～ 7d症状完全消失 ,无 1例发生出血、胆漏等并发症。结论对急性胆囊炎患者 ,超声引导经皮经肝胆囊穿刺置管引流是一种简单、安全、可靠、有效的治疗方法。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of external drainage treatment by ultrasonic leading puncture catheterization percutaneous trans-hepatic and trans-gallbladder(PTGBCD) in patients with acute cholecystitis.Methods:There were 23 patients with acute cholecystitis in this clinical study;the point of puncture was at the sixth or seventh intercostal space or inferocostal space, and the puncture tract was percutaneous trans-hepatic and trans-gallbladder.PTCD drainage tube was imbedded for external drainage after puncture was successful.Results: Puncture and catheterization were successful in all 23 patients.Clinical symptoms were palliated significantly at 1 day after drainage,and were cleared up completely at 2 to 7 days after drainage. There were not any complication in all 23 patients.Conclusions:PTGBCD is a simple, secure, reliable and effective method for acute cholecystitis treatment.
