摘要 为优化阻抗式含水率传感器结构 ,进行了实验研究。模拟装置的电场分布显示 ,传感器内大部分区域电场的分布是均匀的。将测量电极对置于均匀场中 ,能减小流型的影响。用在模拟装置中移动不同尺寸绝缘块的方法模拟油泡在传感器内的流动 ,得出测量电极间距应大于 1.5倍电场宽度的结论。不同电极间距的实际传感器在模拟井中对含水率的响应结果显示 ,测量电极间距为 1.5~ 2倍电场宽度时 。 Some experiments are carried out for the optimum design of the impedance water-cut sensor. The electric-field distribution in a simulator indicates that,the electric field of most area in the impedance sensor is homogeneous. It will eliminate the affection by flow regime if the measurement electrode pair is mounted in a homogeneous field. Oil bubbles flowing through water were also simulated by moving insulation boxes pass different electrodes in the simulator,and the conclusion that the space between the measurment electrodes should be large than 1.5 times of the field width was drawn. Sensors with different electrode spaces were used in a flow loop experiment,and the experimental results confirm the above conclusion.
