摘要
目的:基于医疗服务项目,构建一套科学合理的医师劳务价值评价指标体系并对其进行实测。方法:在文献研究法构建指标框架的基础上,采取问卷调查法和专家咨询法筛选确定指标体系,通过专家量值评估法对筛选的影像医学项目进行相对值评价。结果:构建了包含4个一级指标,12个二级指标的医师劳务价值评价指标体系,并实测得到10项影像医学项目相对值表。结论:该指标体系能够为评价医疗服务项目医师劳务价值的相对值提供依据。
Objective To construct scientific and reasonable index system for evaluating the value of doctors' medical services based on medical services project. Methods Index system was screened by questionnaire survey and Delphi method. And the relative value of 10 radiology projects was assessed by a panel of experts. Results An index system for evaluating the value of doctors' medical services composed of 4 items in first level and 12 items in second level was established. And the related value scale of 10 radiology projects was measured. Conclusion The index system can provide the basis for assessing the value of doctors' medical services.
