摘要
研究生质量是研究生教育的生命线,是研究生教育可持续发展的根本保证。随着研究生教育规模的迅速扩张,研究生的质量问题、就业问题等日益凸显。本文在分析研究生培养过程中存在主要问题的基础上,提出通过实施研究生创新计划、加强导师队伍建设、加强学位论文全程监管、加强研究生质量评估等途径,实现提高研究生培养质量之目标。
The quality is the lifeline and the fundamental guarantee for the sustainable development in postgraduate education.With the recent surge of the postgraduates' training scales year after year,the problems in the quality of postgraduate education and in employment are increasingly serious.Based on the research of main problems existing in the postgraduate education process,this thesis proposes countermeasures,such as implement innovative programs,strengthen supervisor teams,reinforce the thesis supervision process,and enhance the quality of assessment,to implement the goal of promoting the quality of postgraduate education.
