摘要
在煤矿领域,开关磁阻电机由于其工作可靠、效率高等特点,受到了越来越多的关注。但是由于开关磁阻电机驱动系统前级整流一般采用二极管不控方式,网侧谐波畸变率较大,对电网污染较严重。运用基于PWM整流器的开关磁阻电机驱动系统进行实验,结果表明,采用可控整流方式的电机有源前端,整流器工作在单位功率因数。对电网的污染起到了很好的改善作用,而且电机的控制性能也进一步改善。
In the field of coalmine, switched reluctance motor (SRM) has been paid more and more attention due to its reliable work and the efficiency high characteristic. However, the preamp rectifier of system is general y obtained by the way of diode is not in possession of way, so the system harmonic is larger, pol uting to the power grid. Using the design of SRM drive system based on PWM rectifier is proposed. The result show that the motor active front-end rectifier mode, work in unity power factor rectifier. A very good improvement to pol ute the power grid, but also further improve the control performance of the motor.
