摘要
对传统单通道旋转控制导弹所采用的舵机及其控制方式的特点、优点和不足进行了对比总结,提出了双轴联动比例舵机在该类导弹上的应用。开展了原理分析,建立了数学模型,并对导弹采用传统舵机和双轴联动比例舵机的过载特性和动态特性进行了计算、仿真、对比、验证。结果表明,双轴联动舵机具有等效舵偏角大、实现导弹气动完全轴对称、俯仰、偏航通道完全解耦、弹体高频摆动消除等优点,弥补了传统单通道旋转控制导弹采用舵机及其控制方式的不足,有利于提高单通道旋转控制导弹的过载能力和飞行稳定性。
After a comparison and summary of characterization,advantages,and disadvantages of the steering engine and its control methods used in traditional single-channel rotating control missile,the double-shaft-linked actuator for this kind of missle is proposed. Working principle analysis is carried out and a mathematical model is established. Overload characteristics and dynamic response performance of missiles adopting both traditional control actuator and double-shaft-linked actuator is obtained through calculation,simulation, comparison, and verfication. Experimental results show that double-shaft-linked actuator has many advantages including a greater equivalent deflection angle,completely realizing aero axial symmetry of missile body,completely decoupling of pitch and yaw channel,and eliminating high frequency swing motion,which covers the shortages of the traditional control actuator. Therefore,the double-shaft-linked actuator is beneficial to increase the overload capacity and flight stability of the single-channel spin control missile.
