摘要
目的观察超声乳化手术与小切口非超声乳化手术治疗白内障的效果。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院2015年6月至2018年7月收治的60例白内障患者作为研究对象,按照数字表法将所有患者均分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组接受超声乳化手术治疗,研究组接受小切口非超声乳化手术治疗。测定并比较两组患者术后1 d、术后1周和术后1个月的视力情况;观察并比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况和治疗费用。结果研究组患者术后1 d视力在0.5以上的人数比率为86.67%,明显高于对照组(63.33%,P <0.05);术后1周和术后1个月,两组视力在0.5以上的人数比率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。研究组患者术后的并发症发生率为23.33%,与对照组的30.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。研究组的平均治疗费用为(1 675.34±306.71)元,对照组为(2 862.56±437.63)元,组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=12.168,P=0.000)。结论小切口非超声乳化手术治疗白内障,术后并发症发生率以及医疗费用更低,同时可收获与超声乳化手术治疗相当的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification and small incision non-phacoemulsification on cataract.Methods Sixty patients with cataract who were admitted to Beijing Anzhen Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University from June 2015 to July 2018 were enrolled and divided into control group and study group according to the digital table method,30 cases each group.The control group received phacoemulsification and the study group received small incision non-phacoemulsification.The visual acuity of the two groups of patients 1 day after surgery,1 week after surgery and 1 month after surgery were measured and compared.The postoperative complications and treatment costs of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The proportion of patients with visual acuity above 0.5 on the 1 st post was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(63.33%,P<0.05).One week after surgery and 1 month after surgery,there was no significant difference in the ratio of the visual acuity between 0.5 and above(P>0.05).The postoperative complication rate was 23.33%in the study group,compared with 30.00%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The average treatment cost of the study group was 1 675.34±306.71 RMB,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(2 862.56±437.63 RMB),and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.168,P=0.000).Conclusion For treatment of cataract surgery,the incidence of postoperative complications and medical costs of small incision non-phacoemulsification surgery are lower,with the same therapeutic effect as phacoemulsification surgery.
