摘要
目的探讨护理干预对预防高脂血症性胰腺炎复发的影响。方法选取本院收治的62例高脂血症性胰腺炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予护理干预,观察并比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者遵医嘱行为的依存性优于对照组(P <0.05);在同一时间段,观察组的复发率均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对高脂血症性胰腺炎患者给予护理干预,能够有效提高患者的治疗依存性,并且还能在此基础上降低患者的复发率,有着较高的应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on preventing the recurrence of hyperlipemia pancreatitis. Methods A total of 62 hyperlipidemic pancreatitis patients admitted to our hospital were selected. Patients in the control group received routine nursing care,and patients in the observation group received nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing care. Results The compliance of patients in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05). At the same time period,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention for hyperlipidemic pancreatitis patients can effectively improve the treatment dependence of patients,and also reduce the recurrence rate of patients on this basis,which has a higher application value.
